You being an employer as well, you are required to pay leave wages as per the Payment of Wages Act and rules there under made applicable by your state government.

However, for payment of bonus with 5 employees, you are under no legal obligation. You may pay bonus voluntarily as a gesture of goodwill, but no legal obligation.

You may also re-check / confirm with a labour law practitioner in your city / state with relevant section of the Payment of Wages / Bonus Acts, Rules under the Acts, Government latest notifications for the purpose and keep their photocopies for your future references.

Entitled or required, sure you can. Well you have to pay them wages or else they won't work for ya. You could probably set up bonuses however you want. and a weeks paid vacation after a year or something. You might have to check with state and local ordnances.

you are required to pay them for the hours they work. if you have not offered employee benefits yet, and wish to do so, you can. devise a benefit program that you can afford. you might include:
sick days , vacations, bonus, health insurance, etc...if you are looking for that contact me at walterknowsall@yahoo.com and we can chat...
