I want to get a $400.00 bank loan how do I go about getting it and will they give it to me

For a loan of that size, you're probably best with a cash advance against your credit card. If you can find a bank willing to give a loan of that size, you're gonna get eaten alive with fees.

Get in automobile.. Drive to bank.. Fill out Loan Papers..Give to The Loan Apartment.. And wait till they Say ... "YES" or "NO"

Go to the bank and fill out an application, depending on your credit you might have to put up collateral or have a cosigner. For that amount I doubt it though.
