hmmm... well they say misery loves company, so maybe youre just glad to see someone doing worse than you. Also when people fight, they tend to want the other person to hurt, so maybe that's it.

Just try to let the vindictiveness go, and you'll probably feel better, and if you feel better, then you can help your friend ^_^

That's not very supportive of you to feel happy for her when she's upset. Everybody (well every good friend) knows that a true friend would empathize with you and would help you out when hard times came.

My advice? Instead of liking it when your best friend is upset, actually try to see through her point of view when you fight and talk it out. If you can't stop smiling like that then you really need to question if you're really taking this friendship with this girl for real-or if you just don't care about her anymore.

Chill and think before you speak. If you can actually think straight then maybe you can come up with a good solution.

If you want the relationship to be strong and healthy you need to stop laughing at her misfortune. You aren't being a very good friend in my opinion.

yeah... uhm.. are u mad at her its just that u dont know it. thats like totally whack to be smiling when shes upset. thats like being mean. start to try to understand each other more. hang out more. have like a friend bonding day or something to get over both of you and your friend's anger towards each other.

its human nature to gloat! it doesnt sound like you have a great friendship, I'd die to make sures my mates we're happy, try this motto, " if some one doesnt have a smile give them yours" I'd hate to have a pal like you. but I have to admire you for sharing that, maybe your not all bad, if you made more of an effort she might stop arguing and trea you better. do try harder or the expressin with friends like you who needs enermys comes to mind

That makes no sense. If she's your best friend and you care about her why would her misery make you happy.
You need to look into your friendship & see if it's time for you to find another best friend.
