applying Vicks BabyRub (not the vaporub) to your baby's chest and neck before bedtime? I have used it and still use it on my kids if they are having a hard time relaxing. Also, a bath in chamomille works relaxing them too.

a friend of mine is still using baby rub to her 1 yr old & the baby sleeps at least 10 hrs. really effective! =)

I have tried this, instead of putting it on her neck/chest, i put it on a bib and let her smell it through there. She wasn't feeling well and this worked wonders. Yes, you're right, it's great!
