i'd say d n95 cos it's 5mpx (though d resolution look small 4 dat) and it'll be a mass production phone when it's released. but there's a 10mpx camera phone from Samsung, i don't know how that's faring in d market though. but 4 3mpx camera phones, k800i has d best of d lot,cheers.

definitely the sony erricson cyber shot k790a. it has a 3.2 megapixel camera which is the best for any phone.
i have the sony erricson w800i and it only has 2 megapixels but its really good for a camera phone.

in the uk its a choice between the sharp 903v 3.2mpx or the nokia n80 same nokia n93 same and really speaking 3.2 is fine mind cant wait for the n95 5mpx ooer
