how do you find out the system's bus speed?

I want to find out my laptop's bus speed this is so I can determine which intel processor is capable with my computer.

and scroll down to the program called CPU Cool. It should help you out.

these softwares will help you:
SiSoftware Sandra: http://www.sisoftware.net/
HWinfo32: http://www.hwinfo.com/
...
Use it to read info about your processor bus.
You can also you them to get any other hardware info.
There are some other software like those, but 2 above are the best, i think so.
