see. unemplyoement in india is growing because of one major reason:- population. more the population and less land makes india crowded and people are exploited and unemployment rises.
people dont get work as land is less.

brain drain
different types of emploment
1 disguised -more people are engaged in an activity than the required ones
2 seasonal -person is employed during some parts if the year
3 structural -lack of capital to all the labour force
4 cyclical - due to slakening of demand for goods
5 technical -due to change in technology

people wont get employed if they belong in a low caste group
