I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.
Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

They aren't good that's for sure all they basically amount to is a clone of the already generic band Fall Out Boy but I doubt they are the worst modern band.

there ok, i just don't like how they are connected to emo like fall out boy. they are way to pop to be emo (i like emo, not the creepy kind but the real emotional music like mae, good stuff), plus they just sound alot like fall out boy, i can't tell the diff when i hear them. But compared to that dumb rap crap they got going on, and that weak pop stuff it's pretty good i suppose. But not the best by a long shot.

I don't mind them, they have a different sound than other bands right now. And their lyrics are pretty funny

I disagree their lyrics are awesomely sarcastic. Musically wise they aren't my fav. but their lyrics make up for it.
