It depends on how they've set it up. Some of these online applications require that you cut and paste each job into a different section. Others allow you to highlight and paste your entire resume. If it's the entire resume, you've gotten 2 good ways to do it from the prior answerers. If it's each section, then you highlight the section you're pasting in your Word document, hit copy, then move your cursor to the online application and hit paste.

You have to highlight and copy your whole resume first. Then in the spot on the application you might have to special paste or just paste. However, you might have to add it as an attachment. To do that, there should be a browse key by the area to choose if you want to have an attachment. Make sure you know where your resume is saved so you can look in that folder to select attach. Save your resume in rich text format and then copy and paste. Otherwise, try attaching your resume in a Word document in rich text format.
