yahoo music...thats about all the websites i know. also you could try something like "videocodezone.com". It gives music videos for songs (to put on myspace), however some songs cant be found, and it also gives you the full song. Yahho music is probably your best bet because it gives short 30 second clips

i dunno any sites like that. But this may help you: first go to some site like www.coolrip.com , www.yourmp3.net (songs) or www.youtube.com (clips) and download free songs and clips you want. Then use a clip/audio splitter software to split your songs/clips. You'll get short songs/clips easily.

You can search yourself to find the best, but I think those above is good enough for you.
