How do you think oil prices affect labor markets?

This is the domino, price of oil rises up and its effect will directly hit the manufacturing sector. Thus the price of materials out of this sector will raise its production cost. Then the last to receive this hike is the Consumer, then consumer will ask for wage hike due to the inflation.
