I'm going to say Chucky of Child's play. That little fu*ker was hard to kill, he was burnt to a crisp and still was alive. Think long and hard about some very evil villians. Oh, yeah, Misery Kathy Bates and what she did to the book writer in the movie "Misery", Bruce Willis in "The Jackal" what he did to that guys arm when he took them out to the field. Just some of the villians. Chucky for me...tops this list! Name some!

Hannibal Lector killing a guy but keeping him alive long enough to feed him a peice of his own brain is pretty freaking sick all three movies with him as a character are some truly disturbing films
