Never speak again. You could actually use never speaking again as an advantage in certain situations.

Lets see. Look like a piece of **** for the rest of my life or not be able to talk. hmmmm. Probably the latter because i could just write my thoughts or i could get those computer things like stephen hawking that can say what you are thinking.

Not be able to speak again. When you think about it, you can either look like **** and be ridiculed, or you can be a mute yet still do sign language.
