Yes, I don't understand when people say that dying is just simply not existing. Not existing sounds very unnerving to me.

Not a whole lot. I know where it ends, and recently, I had a very realistic dream while I still felt half-awake, that I had a heart attack and slowly lost control over my body while my eyes started to shut. I had only enough strength to get off the chair and slump to the floor.
It was different from other dreams as I still had all of my mind including memories, which are usually obscured in a dream in some way.
All I thought about was trying to get up, why it was happening, and what heaven would be like, also saying to God that this just didn't seem like my time, and I wanted a bit more. It was really wierd, But I think I know what death feels like now pretty well.

I'm not afraid of dying, but the thought of dying before I did so many of the things I want to do would be a shame. Live life to the fullest-so cliche, but true.

Not really. I'm afraid of others dying and I get nervous that I'll die before I have a family and do the things I want to do, but I know that when I die, I won't be scared. I want to know what it feels like.

I am not afraid of dying. The only thing I am afraid of is dying a painful death like in a fire, drowning, or in a wreck or something like that.

well I'm not afraid of dying myself, but Im terrified of a loved one dying. My fear of ME dying comes from the fact that I dont want my loved ones to be sad. I dont like making people sad. hehe

Why? No one has come back complaining! Besides, "A coward dies a thousand deaths." Throughout the history of mankind, death is the one inevitable thing no one can escape, what is there to fear when it is nothing more than a natural progression of events.
I only fear not accomplishing some of my goals and my wishes to see peace in the world, an end to poverty, homelessness, and end to hunger and malnutrition, and end to racial/ethnic/religious differences amongst us all, and to see the day when cures for many illnesses, diseases and sicknesses are found and distributed throughout the world.

I am most certainly not afraid of dying. I have had a near death experience and I work as a medium....both of those things have given me faith that our souls go on.

It's weird because during the day, I'm not worried at all, but at night sometimes I can't sleep thinking about dying.
