I don't know, I just got a Samsung sch-a870 from Verizon Wireless and all I have with me is the manual

You need a Bluetooth USB dongle for the PC; if there is already one, there is a Bluetooth (B) icon at the system tray, the dongle come with a Bluetooth software module for doing this, it would teach you how to "pair" up the Bluetooth on PC with the phone.
After that you can send phone's contact list and if phone is one of those Smartphones; OBEX File Transfer, Active/HotSync.

You Must have Received an CD with the Bluetooth DONGLE......The name of the Software is BLUESOEIL........that software will Help you Transfer FIles...Softwares...to your Phone.....Hav Fun
