have your friend relay a message asking for her number or email address either text her or email her a nice "ki" note then wait a few days and call her just to say hi. after chatting a bit ask her out to a movie or dinner. tthen sit back and let the relationship unfold from there

Ok simply that.. tell your find if they don't mind you would like to get to know her better.. Ask your friend to ask her if its ok to get her number.. then move everyone elso out the picture.. get to know her for who she is not by word of mouth
