ok so have to write this letter to either the pope or parlament as if i was henery the VIII, so
1. How could the pope and parliment help King Henery divorce Catherine?
2. why should the pope or parliment help me (henery)?

Okay, the Pope could tell him it was okay fr him to get a divorce religious wise, but didn't in history. Parliment could tell Henry that it was okay for him to get a divorce politically, and kind of did and kind of didn't historically. This was at a time when a divorce was a very rare thing and was looked down upon very much, it was kind of like getting a same-sex marriage in Texas today. In your letter, to either the Pope or Parliment try to persuade them to allow your divorce, however, historically, the Pope said no, Henry got mad, and he created the Church of England, so I guess you could threaten to do that.

Wrong loco the pope didn't tell him to get a divorce. Divorce is against Catholic religion for a start.

the pope won't want to help you (catholics don;'t like divorce.) parilament can be convinced to break away from Catholic church and form anglican church.
