No you don't have to wipe up the floor!

When I was working my way through college, I had a summer job as a night janitor. One of my responsibilities was to thoroughly scour both the men's and ladies' rest rooms.

The ladies', relatively speaking, was a breeze; largely b/c I did not have to scrub away urine splashes on the walls, the floor, everywhere.

Sitting is cleaner, more efficient, and makes a lot more sense.

I think standing to urinate is a guy thing: we do it simply beacuse we can. Proably out of some misguided fear of 'acculteratued evolution,' some guys might think if all men began to sit for urination, over time, the male body will adapt to this, and we will no longer be able to stand. I don't know if there is any basis for this, but some guys guard the gender-based prerogatives with fierce jealousy.

Some guys may think it is woosy, or fem to choose to sit; but from a hygenic standpoint, it is the better choice.

It is not bad, however it is a sign of an enlarged prostate gland. The urination comes out easier when he sits. Also when he stands and has a small stream that can last for minutes it is easier for the urine to come out if he sits. After taking "Flomax" that an urologist gave me the outcome was 100% better. I still have an enlarged prostate, and one cancer cell on my prostate gland. He should see an urologist.

its not bad physically, but psychologically i think its an indicator of some deep feminine feelings trying to gush out.
as a whole, if you can stand and pee - you should
you're a man, its ok and good to act like one

Not bad. A little strange, at least in our culture. But it won't hurt anything.

(On a practical note, many toilets are, shall we say, a bit small to accomodate this function well. Beware of undesired splashing and overflow.)

Noooooo. Just because you can doesn't mean you have to. How could it be bad? I can't think of any reason why. I do it sometimes and I'm a guy.

No, who cares? The urine police? Just because you CAN stand to pee, I don't see why that would mean you have to.
