(g(x)*f'(x)-f(x)*g'(x))

f(x)=3x
f'(x)=3
g(x)=x^2 + 1
g'(x)=2x

y = (3x)/(x^2 + 1)

y' = ((x^2 + 1)(3x)') - ((x^2 + 1)'(3x))/((x^2 + 1)^2)
y' = (3(x^2 + 1) - ((3x)(2x)))/((x^2 + 1)(x^2 + 1))
y' = (3x^2 + 3 - 6x^2)/(x^4 + x^2 + x^2 + 1)
y' = (-3x^2 + 3)/(x^4 + 2x + 1)
