The subject is "you" understood. If someone says "Close the door." They are talking to you. Telling you to do it. It's the same as saying, "You close the door.", where the subject would be 'you'.

The door! It's the only noun in the sentence!
Or maybe the subject is something naughty that you want no one else to see,so you get up and "Close the damn door!"
