Any of the "Kidz Bop" CD's are good. They take popular songs, and let professional kids sing them.
Clean lyrics, and a sound they can relate to.

My 7 year old like the "oldies" as she calls them. Elvis, The Beatles, Johnny Cash. We don't listen to this at home, but she's turning all her little friends on to it.
