I've worked all three shifts in the last two weeks. I could go to bed at any time of the day. When I'm on a regular 12 hour shift, I usually go to bed about 7 hours before I have to be to work.

Usually 8:30 p.m. Get up at 5am and get to the gym for a good cardio workout. Then off to a great day of work.

4:00 pm. I was bored, the kids were at Grandma's, hubby was at work, so I conked out. Otherwise, usually about 8:30 pm, with the earliest being 7:00 pm.

11:00Pm is a good time to go to bed if you want to go to sleep right away, if you go to sleep at like 9:00 pm you will most likely sit in bed and your mind will race for a couple hours until it becomes 11PM and you instantly fall asleep.
