Please tell me you're joking. I'm having a beer, and I almost sprayed it out my nose when I saw your question cuz I laughed so hard. But if you're serious... how about? You were masturbating and you got some weird urge to put lipstick on your hand to simulate lips. Hey! Good one huh? But you're gonna have to know where the lipstick came from. Does your wife wear lipstick? Does your wife wear different colors? If so, maybe you can say its one of hers. If not, maybe you bought one at Walgreens and threw it away already.

I think basically you need to think about why you've done what you've done and decide if you are wanting out of your marriage. Once you do that if you want to be with your wife and remain faithful to her you need to tell her the truth and sincerely ask for forgiveness. Keep in mind however that now she does have a reason to divorce you (biblically speaking), so be very patient with her in her finding out and forgiving you. Also, if you think this is going to be a pattern in your life you need to just leave her so she can find someone who will be faithful to her and you can be free to live your life single. Good luck.
