I know it's too early, I mean I'm only 16 and from Saudi Arabia.

People always, and actually my parents ask me about what's my plans in my life till now? what I've got in my mind.
My Father wants me to be a Doctor or an Engineer maybe, I mean a quite normal job like those two and it's the same to my mother.

Although, I always day-dream about being in a stage sometimes playing Hard Rock you know, I'm really interested in music and I think I've got the potential and all. So I've started some researches about my chances to get a Green Card and everything I can to get to the U.S Legal and give it a shot because rock music doesn't sell here in Saudi Arabia.

But when my parents ask me about what's I'm up to, I tell them that I'm sorry that I may dissappoint them, I tell them that I want to get my independence and live on my own even if it's not in my country. But they kinda didn't like it, they asked me why do I want to leave them and so.

You must believe that your parents just want you to succeed, and to have a career that has evidence along the way that you are doing well. For example, a doctor has several (many) key steps that indicate your progress (college, med school, intern, etc). Same with being an engineer. And if, by chance, you don't do exactly what you set out to do, your parent know that you are already on the path to another good job (perhaps being a pharmacist, or a nurse, or college professor, or researcher).
However, following your dream to being a musician is very risky, and your parents don't want you to live a risky life. If you fail, you will have absolutely no carrer to fall back on. And trust me, fewer than 1% of all musicians end up making a great career out of their musical talents. I was a music major for a while, but soon realized that my talents would never make enough to raise a family.
Your parents are not worried about your dream... they're worried that you might live a nightmare. They're just trying to direct you to a safer, more secure lifestyle (one that would not require you to be 100% reliant upon a husband).

Good luck... and make good choices.

Dreams are what humans are made of. By following your dreams you are fulfilling your life and the human potential. You should never allow anyone else to crush what you strive for.
Continuing on that note however, do not get so caught up that you lose sight of everyone else. Keep you feet on the ground and your head in the clouds. Be smart about how you attempt to fulfill dreams, and remember that you can do more than one thing at once. You have a while before you can get into America. You need to be 18 to live without you parents legally. So, think of a career or something else you would be willing to fall back on in case you do not reach you dream, but never stop striving for it.

What others have pointed out, and I agree, is that your parents want to know you're going to be able to take care of and support yourself through life.
If you have a driving passion for music, you might research other career paths that you could also do in the music industry that would enable you to achieve that goal.
For example, you could get your education in business or marketing for example.
Musical artists have a need for Business Managers and Merchandising Professionals.
When the time comes that you can come here to the States, you could go to work in the music industry in one of those capacities in order to make a living and have a sense of success. Meanwhile, you could continue to work on your music and who knows, you may just get a big break someday. Meanwhile, you're securing your future ability to have a good life.
I think that's what all parents are truly hoping for with their children.
I know you mentioned rock music, but just to give you an idea of what I mean, Kenny Chesney is a superstar in Country music. He also has a degree in marketing. If his musical dreams had not worked out, he would have been able to easily make a good living for himself and his family.
Don't give up your dreams, just be smart about how you go about achieving them!

Never abandon your dream but keep in mind that you should always have something to fall back on. Why dont you go to college for something that no matter what you could always do to make a living and then in your spare time practice your music. Get something put together and maybe alla sudden you will get your big break but if not you will have your education.
