Big Daddy Ed Roth made the outlaw. The First famous one one was made by a guy that did small parts in 77 Sunset strip, They used his car in the show. They were real popular after that.-----http://www.jalopnik.com/cars/t-bucket/index.php

I am guessing the T is for Thunderbird so I say Ford.
