it is called bsod (Blue Screen Of Death) which basically mean s that u were running to much stuff on your comp at once

That is called a BSD (Blue Screen of Death). Happens when Windows crashes for some reason. Go to the Microsoft website and enter the crash message in their support section to see what has happened and what to do. If it just happened once, you were able to restart, and things are working OK now, I wouldn't worry about it. If it happens over and over again, then you need to diagnose what the problem is. Usually a driver conflict, hardware failure, or corrupted Windows system file.

Because you are using the classic back ground. click the start button then click to control panel then click display. This will give you several options to choose to change your screen. Everyone starts out with the blue and white, you just have to change it if you do not want it any more!

it happens to my old computer because when im playing video games and i have something burning or something like that my pc crashes because the RAM went out and u can´t do anything just the blue screen appears
i resolved the problem until i called a tech . and he told me everything about it.

It means you have corrupt files and you have to uninstall windows and then
reinstall
