You had sex, therefore, pregnancy is possible. The condom could have had a microscopic tear, allowing sperm to get through. (It only takes one -- you make millions!) You could have put the condom on incorrectly, or put it on after some initial penetration.

Virginity has nothing to do with the chances of a woman getting pregnant. First time, last time, in water, upside down, it doesn't matter -- pregnancy could still result. If you absolutely don't want to be a father, the only way to ensure that is to abstain from sex. Using birth control of some sort is a reasonable and responsible precaution, but there's no guarantee.

verginity does not matter. I hope you showed her respect though. If the condom did not break then the chances of her being pregnant are very slim. Condoms are an effective form of birth control.

how do you know she was a vigin. If you went to court and sued the condom seller would you win? seems to me you got lied to
twice.

most places if you accept it then you are the daddy, even if you discover the next day that it was her idiot uncle who did it. I suggest that you are not happy about this impending unplanned parenthood. Oh well, vote republican and lobby for bush to make a personal and up close visit to the people of Darfur.

if you guys messed around before having sex without you wearing a condom, part of you leaked on her right around that area, it's possible...
but usually....

if you're REALLY freaked out, wait a few days, buy those cheap pregnancy tests for her.... theyre like three bucks at CVS or target. usually only get one. get her to take it.

Condoms do break.And sometimes they have small holes in them if they are old.there not 100%.
