No. There's no way to ship a puppy. You need to accompany it on a plane, or have someone come pick it up and take it back with them.

Call the airline. It isn't cheap. It cost my sister $1000 to ship her Rotwiler back home after she moved back from Costa Rica to NM.

I think you need to follow quarantine regulations when shipping animals. Look them up at the customs bureau.

You need to address that question to the customs offices on both ends. And forget about cheap. Ain't gonna happen. You can end up spending thousands.

It can be done, the dog will need to have all their shots and be healthy. There are airlines that do that, not sure how much they cost and what the arrangements are. you will need to check into that...
