I need to find a diagram that shows each component of the A/C system, including where all the hoses and lines hook up. I am doing a complete overhaul of my A/C system, but I want to make sure it is put back together right. I have a Hayne's manual but it doesn't give a full diagram, just bits and pieces but nothing with everything. Please let me know of where I can find one. Thanks.

OK, I don't have a diagram, but I've worked on enough if these to help you out. Lets start at the compressor. There should be manifold hose that has two lines coming off of it. The large line is the suction line. This line is connected to the Accumulator, or the silver cylinder thing. The other side of the accumulator conects to the top fitting on the evaporator core. The bottom fitting on the evaporator core should contain the oriface tube which should be changed. Make sure you install it in the same direction that you removed it. Connect the small aluminum loquid line to the bottom fitting on the evap. The other side of the liquid line goes to the condenser on the front of the vehicle located in front of the radiator. The small Discharge line of the compressor manifold goes to the other fitting on the condenser. It's really easy as that. Make sure you change ALL o-rings and add the proper amount of oil to the components if they are being replaced. Place the system into a vacuum using pump for at least an hour. Let it sit for 15 min to make sure it holds the vacuum, them charge to factory spec. Hope this helps!
good luck

I am sorry to say this I don't know if you can get a full diagram from mithchell on demand online. if so It should have at least a good start on what you need. I use it at the shop that I work at. You also might try to go to a local shop near where you live and they might be able to print you out one right there.
