you are doing fine but the best thing you can do for her is to give her a warm embrase, look into her eyes and encorage her and let her know that you are proud of her, that you know she will make it. remember women like praises dont just asume that she must have been noticing all your effort. she want praises and encouragement, remind her how much you love her and how the kids will be proud of her, dont forget to massage her neck and sholders, and finally dont give her the impression that you are expecting some kind of reward for all that you are doing, let her know that she worth it. occationally hold her head in your two hands and look into her eyes and tell her how cofident you are about her abilities. trust me that is what she will remember, and she will be very happy to do anything.

You my dear are a sweet heart! Sounds like you don't have much more time to give of yourself , if you are doing all that. Just the quite time alone without kids yelling in the background would be a great help! So her quite time should be a concern too. Take the kids and go somewhere , to make the house quite to study. But I wish my man was as understanding about the help around the house an such. but this is your time , not mine! Good Luck

Dishes, mop and sweep floors?

Seriously, you're doing tons already, maybe make her realise that you are truly supporting her. Make the house quiet on a saturday or sunday afternoon by taking the kids out of the house, run her a bath after a long study session, make her feel like you only want her to succeed!

As a wife, mother and college student, I wish I could come over and give you a hug! A husband like you is gold and I hope she realizes just how wonderful she has it with you.

Everything you are talking about is great. Let her know you are there for her and I would ask her if there is anything more she needs you to do. Your best bet is to let her tell you what she needs help with, that way she feels in control of her situation.

She can tell you if there are other things that will keep her from getting her studies done.

Thank you for being there for her!!

You sound like such a wonderful husband!! Hope she does well escpecially with all of your help :)

Anyway - seems like you thought of almost everything & may even do these too but these are the others I could think of.. you asked :o) :
-paying any bills that are due/ calling creditors or others
if there are any probems with the bills
-grocery shopping
-garbage
-making breakfast/lunch for kids, taking kids to school
or walk to bus ,kids homework help
- getting the mail or packages
-any errands she may need run/done
-cleaning her car
**make sure she has a full tank of gas for test day!
- changing sheets/comforter
-answer door if anyone comes
- care of pets if applicable
-bring dinner in if that is quieter and easier
-doing the dishes or loading/unloading dishwasher
- getting her any supplies for the test or studying that she may need - pencils, notebooks, index cards, etc.

Others:
- destress her too :o) (massage or bath...)
- cue cards - you can help quiz her too.

***It would also help to take the kids out often so the house is nice and quiet. ***

Hope something helped! :o)

keep the house quiet. answer all phone calls, grocery shopping,
take the kids outside so they do not disturb her.
wash the cars
mow the lawn
clean the bathrooms
mop the floors
give her a nice massage when she is ready
cook breakfast
cook lunch
wash the dog or cat
feed the dog or cat
and you can help her study by letting her bounce her homework off of you...

Sounds like you are doing a heck of a job and taking care of all the basics....just find her a quiet room and bring her some iced tea while she studies once in a while....I'm sure with all your doing she'll do great. Gold star for you for helping her go for her goal!!

You're doing plenty! You are truly a loving husband and I could only imagine that your wife is very grateful to have you! If you really want to do something for her - give her a peck on the cheek and tell her you love her and you know she'll do great! Just that alone will make her day!

im sorry but I have a hard time believing you unless you dont have a job. if you do do this all for your wife I pray she is appreciative. but the way you listed what you do for her Now makes me think you are just out to find another woman who may goo goo gaa gaa over the idea there is a man out there who does this. and shell be surprise when she finds out you are just the opposite. but if you are true and you want her to have time to study then you and the kids get out go stay over grandmas or a hotel so it will be quiet. make sure you have all her meals prepared for her and leave her a note of encouragement

You do lots now. You are a good man. Take the kids out for a night so she can be alone. When this test is done, she owes you big!
