I'm breastfeeding, and both of these options are safe. Can anyone recommend either one? What are the most common side effects of each?

IUD. I have the mirena, and I absolutely love it. I have no kids, so insertion was painful for me, but still totally worth it. It only takes about ten minutes. I was crampy the next day, then had some spotting for about a month, and since then, everything has been great. It's nice because you never have to think about birth control, and it's good for five years. Can take it out as soon as you want if you don't like it or want another baby.

Try the IUD. it's a quick insertion with about as much discomfort as a bad period cramp. If you want to get pregnant then you get it removed and can start trying that night. There's no care or maintenance and complete reassurance that you won't be pregnant while it's in place. And you aren't subjecting your body to a pile of chemicals. The progesterone IUD has minimal progesterone which is slowly released and absorbed by the body, versus the pill that gives you a good dosage daily.

I admit to prejudice as I've tried both. Life is far simpler with the IUD. No daily pills, No worries about forgetting to take something, no second thoughts about "what if I forgot?"

I'd give you the other half of the picture if I could see it, but having done both, I'm giving you a simple opinion.

None, he gave Neo a option, he says: This is your final risk. After this, there's no turning again. You take the blue capsule - the tale ends, you get up for your mattress and suppose some thing you desire to suppose. You take the purple capsule - you keep in Wonderland, and I exhibit you the way deep the rabbit gap is going. Of path, Neo selected the purple one. You see, it is all approximately offerings.
