When you buy on ebay, you deal with the seller directly. Ebay doesn't send you a bill, you send the money to the person you bought it from.

Didn't you hear about the guy yesterday who thought he bought a used car on E-bay for $ 4500.00? It was a scam and he never got the car and he lost all that money...I would never trust it.........(he was from Ohio)
