First thing that comes to mind is having a stroke. I think that it must be one of the worst things that happens to older people. If you don't die from it it's like being trapped in your own body. Having to be taken care of by your loved ones, making their lives miserable. That's one of my biggest fears. I just turned 30 this week so I've got all these fears of getting older running through my head. And I'm a smoker with poor circulation anyhow so I figure it's just a matter of time. As you can tell I've got this amazing outlook on life this week.

Losing the people I love. I mean, it could happen anyday. My grandmother is old and can barly walk, my brother could die just from eating a peanut. My dad has high blood pressure, my mom is always getting hurt and many other people I love have health problems. Plus anyone could just one day die from anything. Some of my friends are cutters, one day they might comment suiside (that's why when I find out that they cut I get them to stop by either talking them out of it or telling a teacher) Also a friend could just be walking down the street and then cross a busy road and get hit. I would hate to lose a friend or family memeber.
