I have heard different methods but i need one that works!

use the kse, the Kotor Savedgame Editor and add them through there. if you need it go here http://www.starwarsknights.com/tools.php that is only for the pc, i think you can use for the xbox but i don't know how. the kse lets you add things to your saved game like items you can add attributes skills whatever, you can change your appearance. that kind of stuff.

you have to go to yavin about 4 or five times
after you fight the troshodin he will offer it to you
