I just went through a bad divorce. The other day I discovered about 5000 pictures of her on the computer that we had taken with our digital camera. The question is. . . . .

1. Do I post them on the internet? (I really want to)
2. If I do is there any legal action that she can take? (What are the consiquences)

Actually I just looked it up. There is no legal action she can take because I got the computer in the divorce. That includes everything on it. So the pictures are legally my property. :) But should I do it? And where do I post them to if I decide to do it?

I can only imagine the hurt you could possibly be feeling. Trying to get revenge for a bitter break up is only natural. My advice is to "let it go". I would not post nude pics of her on the internet. I would suggest (since you're now divorced) to get out of your home and do something for yourself. Time to meet some new people and hopefully meet someone else who you can have that mutual trust, loyalty and admiration for one another. Don't waste your time on revenge, it doesn't do anything for you and it's a waste of time. Don't waste anymore time on her or how you can "get back" at her! Move on and seek counseling if necessary!

she can take legal action. I know that everything is split 50 50 but If you go and do that and she finds out that you didn't have permission to do so she can sue you. Easily win too. Its like husbands sending photos in of there wives to porn sites and the husbands get into serious trouble. Were talkin about years hear. you can send them to her. Don't post them. If she had them would you like her to do that with the photos that she might have of you.

Not a good idea. I know you're pissed off now and want to get revenge but she can take legal action and sue u for violation of privacy so in this case, use your logic, not your emotions. Why give her the upper hand?

Dude, just get on with your life... I would try to be bigger person and focus on your new life instead of keeping yourself tethered to something that is obviously not a positive aspect of your ;life. Besides, from the sounds of it she is doing a great job on her own as far as exploiting herself... Lastly, right now it would probable be smarter NOT to screw around with ant activity that could potentially give her a leg up on u as far as legalities are involved... What ever u do brother, hang in there and good luck!

Not recommended. That is beyond revenge, it's pure evil. You will be sued for the few things she did leave you, and probably your future wages for the next 80 years as well. Take the files and hit "DELETE". Let it go. Be more imaginitive. There are many other ways that you can make her life a living _____ without hurting either one of you. DELETE!

First of all why would you want to make things worse. Someday wouldnt you like to say to yourself that even though it did not work out you were the better person. Listen Karma is a very bad thing if you go that route. She could probably hang you dont do this to yourself.

i would think of it this way, if SHE has about 5000 pictures of you naked, would u want HER posting those online for everyone to see? another thing, i dont think it would be fair to post those either, you guys took those DURING your marriage when you guys were a couple and you wouldnt have shared them with anyone else then, dont do it now
