I got it between my shoulder blades and I keep putting this H2Ocean stuff they gave me on it but it still hurts-- I know they arent suppose to tickle but I was just wondering

there are some creams on the market like aspircream or any kind of cream that has asprin or ibprofen in it. also, the sprays that you use for a sunburn may help. also tylenol, ibprofen or even asprin if you can take it . good luck oh and the H2Ocean is not for pain, it's to keep it from getting infection.

i have eight or so tattoos depending on how you count them..i take care of them according to the artist...bacitratin..several times a day..and that is all..as far as the tearing feeling ..you are just not keeping it greased up enough with this stuff...as far as the pain..like you have been burned with cigarettes...no there is nothing that you can take that will make it feel better...just keep it greased up with bacitratin.

The only reason I can think of that its feeling like that is maybe your skin is too dry. Try calling the tattoo artist and see what he/she says. I personally put lubriderm on all of mine

First off, DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT USE anyhthing along the lines of neosporin. That will suck the ink straight out. Use non-perfumed lubriderm or A&D ointment.

Just make sure its clean.
Warm soapy water, apply A&D ointment (the clear kind), then switch over to a lotion (curel)

Take an advil

I believe when I got mine they said to use neosporin...I know they have that brand with pain reliever. Your tat folks should have given you specific instructions for cleaning and taking care of it.
Just watch it and make sure you aren't getting any severe redness or red lines. Hope you get better!

no.that is how you earn your tat.through the pain. if it was easy everyone would have them.do not use neosporen w/pain relief.or neosporen in general.
