would i have to go to court with my parents(they are the ones im about to sue)as the defendents and me as the plantiff would i have to testify agianst them or can i stay out of it and recieve the money that is due to me from social security if I win the case.What im really trying to say is will the IRS and social security handle the case on my behalf.

ok revised my father died when i was 2 i have been recieving benefits since i was three i dont know what they are but i was supposed to get a 80 dollar allowance every month they never spent the money on me and i havent lived with them for 25 months i want to know if i can sue them without having to go into court and face them by letting the IRS and social security handle the case.

Most likely the IRS and/or Social Security would not be able to successfully prosecute the defendants wihtout your testimony, especially since:
a) You are claiming to have first-hand knowledge of the alleged crime
b) the accused have the right to face their accuser(s) in court

What Social Security money are your parents receiving that you believe is yours? You surely aren't retired. Are you disabled? We would need a little more information before we could advise you.

No. Both have 800 numbers you can call, report the alleged offense and not give a name.
