You must be working for my old boss. The whimpy military couldn't get him under control because they were afraid a black guy would ruin their careers. I left and my health improved. If your situation has come to the point of suing, you may win the battle but not the war. It may be best to leave. Good Luck.

Talk to someone at you local Department of Labor. Your complaint will be confidential and could fall within the Whistleblower Act.

a very good one. chances are he has a good team of lawyers behind him. document anything u can, emails. video any of it if possible
