and why not on their toe nails?

It's from bumping them on the nail bed then it's like brused so it growns out.

Lack of zinc or nail damage can cause white spots on finger nails.
I don't know why not of toe nails.

polish stay one your nails too long is does that , to avoid that wear nail polish one week and take off couple days and wear it again .
