i noticed that i have big thighs. how can i reduce my thigh size? i want to loose the fat in my thighs how? i walk every morning and afternoon for 15 minuts a day i see no differance??

big thighs might run in your family so that might just be in your genes. You might try doing leg exercises designed just for thighs. There is something i usually tell people that have issues about certain parts of their bodies. I tell them "do you ever stop to think that maybe other people like your (fill in the blank) in your case..your thighs? Love yourself girl!

I'm now not a man...but when you are a scorching lady and your thighs don't seem to be sloppy with plenty of fats and cellulite, however toned, I consider men could such as you besides. I've continually had better thighs on the grounds that I'm an athlete and raise tons of weights, and I am under no circumstances thin in my thighs, however I have a thin waist with a tight face. Guys attempt to holla always!

u need to start running 30 mins a day...even if that means ur just jogging....15 mins isn't enough to get your heart rate up enough. Also, what are you eating? go through your fridge and pantry and get rid of the crap. Also 2 days a week try to hit the gym and work on legs. Also try not to drink carbonated drinks....maybe drink a can of soda once a week...you will see tremendous results! This will not only help you physically but you will have more energy! Good luck and don't give up! Results will come..

there are calorie charts available from any meidacal store. buy one & calculate if you are taking in more calories than what is required.

it is not the quantity of food but the quality that matters. need to exercise at least 30 mins in the morning & then 30 mins in the evening. the walk should be at a brisk pace. do not indulge in any form of deviations like talking on a mobile during the exercise.

keep working on it... bike riding is good and just stretch them every now and then and then you might see a diff.
