Parents do not take care of their children anymore ! it's the governments job, right! look at your government , we are going to let people whom do not share our same values and beliefs raise our children. it is the LAZY parents fault for these actions . it is a LAZY citizenry who allows big government to take our rights and choices away , all so we can mash on the couch and watch reality TV instead of LIVING REALITY. living it is a bigger rush than most people get with their drugs. drugs kill, .....except the ones that our doktors, yes Herr doktors tell us we need . our children are ADD,ADHD, do you remember having this in the 1950's, and go back in history. people worked their butts off , there was no time to be hyper. technology and it's wonders are marvelous,but they have taken away much of our instinctive actions and properties that have kept us going as a nation and a species. He who forgets the past is doomed to relive it.maybe not such a bad idea from time to time!

I believe these kind of killers used to go off alone and commit suicide. They have discovered they can make a very large splash on the world stage by killing school children. They want their fifteen minutes of fame. The "news" can't stop telling about these horrible crimes, but they could just tell it once on the "6 o'clock news" and not make some kind of infamous character out of these murderers. It might make a difference.

Because people, as a whole, are sick. As a nation, we have put down our men and boys to the point of no return. We allow our girls to act and dress like sluts, while telling the men and boys "Don't touch". Bullies are usually the uber-jock who are protected by "Ol' Coach". And, being studious has always made one an easy target.
Morals be damned, this country is getting exactly what it has asked for...

Probably because these people want to be remembered for something, whether it's good or bad. They know they will get media coverage, be put in text books and so forth. Kids see this and it's become a trend among them.
