Hello!

I believe that time heals most things. There are some things, such as unanswered questions, that may actually get worse as time goes on, especially as uncertainty builds. I believe that healing begins when an action, no matter how small or effective, is taken to counter the harmful or stressful situation. Time aids in determining what action to take. Time also allows other things to happen to distance one from the original event. Perhaps it is best to say that a combination of time and effort heals everything.

I think it's normal to have low self-esteem at the beginning when you feel lonely but you should know you are still the same person who was nice to your mate. The only difference is that you are no longer together. Believe me, you'll find someone else in time if you believe in “faith”. As for your broken heart only the time will heals everything and that's cannot be more true.

I don't know that time heals everything, but I am grateful that we have time, to add distance between a hurtful experience and a week, month, year(s).
