I want to go to college in Jap. get into animation. That i always want to do, but I don't know any colleges out there that offers it. I was just wondering if anyone know of any colleges that offers it.

Why not contact American colleges that offer animation -and then see if any of them have exchange programs. If you type in search words: Japan and college you get into some Japanese colleges web sites. You could look at US federal/state/university sites on studying abroad.
Why not walk into a good library and ask about books on studying in Japan or get on Japan embassy web site or look at Japan times website (type in: Japan times)
There seem to be innumerable ways to find out -even travel guides of Japan have advice -going to a library is cheap to start with -just take some time -travel guides are not expensive in the library
and start learning Japanese meanwhile -you will need that there!
