They made the secrity higher in runescape. Even if you get those things like macro's you'll get caught and all your accounts will be banned.

There are no 'cheats', but you can get programs like GhostMouse that copy the same mouse movements over and over. This can help with training skills such as mining and woodcutting.

There are macro program that can allow you to manipulate your money or item quantity but I don't know how to use them. There was something called ArtMoney but it doesn't have much of an effect anymore.
