how do you know if your man is cheating, when there's no evidence just a feeling in your stomach.

i think maybe im just insecure because, woman like to flirt with married men, esspecially ones like my husband who is always attentive, and takes care of his business. i get tired of worrying about it.

Go after your gut feeling...
Is he daydreaming?
Check the mileage on the vehicle he is driving.
Check the sites he visited on the computer he is using (in History).
In the beginning he will try to be more intimate with you, and will want to try different positions, and buy you flowers and gifts for no reason... Later he will withdrew sexually and will also become lazy around the house.
Check the numbers on the phone he is using... Cheaters get into that routine where they call the other person first thing in the morning after they leave the house and just minutes before they arrive home from work in the evening.
They also use every opportunity to get out of the house on the weekends so that they can make that phone call.
Does he wants to do his laundry on his own?
Is he suddenly trying to be more fit and joins gym?
Is he suddenly listening to a different kind of music?
Does he suddenly cares about his appearance and in the past
couldn't be bothered?
Did he start coming home after work later than he used to do in
the past? Too many business trips? - And no pay rise?
Check the credit card statement. Are there purchases for things he did not bring home to you? (like parfume, jewlery, flowers)

And... Do not confront him, do not ask him anything before you are 100 % sure, as if you do, he will change his routine and try to become more careful. And anyway, he will not admit it if there is no proof.
Just relax and keep looking for those signs for about 2-3 weeks -
if he is cheating you will find something in this time frame.

That is how I found out mine was cheating. I was smarter.

There are many tell-tell signs. Working longer hours, unexplained absences, meeting up with the 'boys' too often, new grooming habits, unexplained phone calls. Ever receive any of those 'ooops wrong number calls?' Has he bought any new underwear? New cologne? Is he wearing it more often? Does or has he ever smelled like another woman (perfume)? Lipstick on the collar or shorts? Hickeys or back scratches? Has the sex life dwindled? Any email accounts that you don't have the passwords for? Ever check his call list on the cell phone? How about that cell phone bill. Internet usage, chat rooms etc...
A neat program to use is Spector. Usually there is ALWAYS a paper trail. Any unexplained ATM withdrawals? These are things to look for.
