Probably, since Lexmark makes the printers for Dell. The problem is finding the right one.
There are a bunch of cartridges made by Lexmark, and it's not as if you can go to a store and try them all!
You'll have to search all over the Internet to find a compatibility chart.
Is there a store in your city that sells remanufactured cartridges or refills inkjet cartridges? Maybe they'll know.

As each manufacturer makes it printer different, normally the cartridges will only fit in the specific printer they are made for. There is no standard size or shape to them. So it is unlikely that you would find a Lexmark cartridge that fits in a Dell printer.

on the greater moderen fashions you could no longer. despite the fact that the cartridge and printer are synthetic by skill of lexmark. Dell cartridges have been specially keyed as Dell cartridges. they have one greater digital touch on the rear which will preclude any bypass over. on the older fashions (greater desirable than approximately 18 months previous), you in easy terms could desire to alter the lexmark and dell lids or ruin of a small fin interior the cartridge lock on the printer.
