Sony...Must have Given you a Software CD....Just Install the Software....go to ur CAM Options(MENU)....in that Select USB STREAM as ON.........Connect your Handy Cam to the PC...via USB Cable.....then Click on START>>Program Files>>PICTURE PACKAGE>>HANDY CAM TOOLS>>USB STREAMIN TOOLS......then you will surely Know what to do.....enjoi

You'll need a video capture device. They are internal (PCI) or external (USB). These will capture the video from your camera to the hard drive and save it so you can edit it with the software that comes with these devices. You can also use Microsoft's Movie Maker for limited editing. You'll be able to add transitions, titles, credits, and even a menu like on regular DVD's. Remember, one hour of video will take up 1GB of your hard drive when you capture it.
