Somthing happened to my computer and the display was changed and now it is over large and pixelated, many pictures, files, and videos are unviewable, One source told me in person that it is a virus and I cleaned my computer and deleted any unknown stuff that I saw under EVERYTHING. Please some one help me fix this problem before I have to seek professional help.

Can you right cliick in the middle of the scrren and get a menu?
Choose "properties" and go fix your settings.
If you cannot, you may have to seek professional help,.

Right Click on desctop choose properties goto resoluction tab and set to 600 x800.ok

This happened to me as well. Either you reinstalled the OS, or something went wrong with your display driver. Reinstall it off of the CD that came with your computer (labeled Utilities, Drivers, etc.)

You have to ask the same sort of question again with more information...what OS, computer type....what you think the "something" is.

right click the desktop click on properties click on settings reset the screen resolution

It my be the resoultion. Try changing it..
