my printer is a 'Epson Stylus CX3700'.For the past few weeks it was working,and today,i want to print something out,but the printer print blank!!!and there was ink,full too,but the printer just don't wanna work,it just print blank.can anyone knows how it can be fixed?

well,it CAN print but when u print something that is on micorsoft word,it would print blank...very strange...

Sometimes you need to reinstall the drivers. Go to Epson's website and put in your model and it will take you to the troubleshooting page.

I would reinstall the drivers. I had to do it before and my printer worked fine after that.

Since it is a new cartridge, have you checked to see if you have removed the protective tape from the cartridge. A lot of times that will cause you to get a blank page.
Also, try to run a "clean print head" on the printer.

Try all of the suggestions here and make sure the printer is your default printer in "faxes and printers" in the control panel.

reinstall the printer driver,
Go to: epson.com and click support and drivers, or search for your printer model.

After downloading it, extract it to you hard drive and note the path where it is located.

Click, start, settings, printers (2k/9x)
Click start, printers and scanners in XP.
delete the printer and reinstall it using the add a printer wizard.

Check to see if one of the ink cartridges are low. Also one of your ink jets may be clogged.

Is it new cartridge? take the cartridge out clean the bottom of it put it back make sure it is seated.

You can try to reboot it, as well as your computer... sometimes it is enough...
