how do i reset my ISP so i can get back into the chat room i was banned from is there any qiuck way to reset it

If you mean the chat room barred you...You cant your bar will be on the server hosting the chat room.

If you mean that the admin on a network has barred you....You cant because they are smarter than you.

Just change your external IP address.
